Women in Balance
Re-scheduled: Learn about a simple, effective strategy to help women who want to feel happier, healthier, lighter and full of energy.
This program was postponed from Wednesday, May 11.
It’s time for women to reclaim balance, sleep, and vitality…naturally! Come to Bernardsville Public Library on Wednesday, May 18 at 7:00 pm to hear Denise Melito, a Board Certified Integrative Nutrition and Wellness Consultant, speak about a simple, effective strategy to help women who want to feel happier, healthier, lighter and full of energy.
Participants will have the opportunity to identify symptoms of hormone imbalance, learn strategies to start making sustainable changes, and start feeling better than they have in years. Among the topics to be covered are a step-by-step protocol to share with a physician and a plan for implementation; a map to help stay on track when change feels difficult; techniques and strategies to help double energy; steps to handle life and stressors better; suggestions on how to sleep restoratively; and what to do (and what to avoid) when trying to lose weight.
