$80 pre/$90 day of for both sessions or $45 pre/$50 day of for single session
Learn the art of giving and receiving hands-on yoga posture adjustments for backbends, folds, twists, standing poses, and more. This 4 hour workshop is designed for yoga instructors, trainees, or experienced yoga students who wish to deepen their experience of the postures, and develop their hands-on assisting ability. The adjustments can be used for partner yoga practice as well.
