$100 In Change Stolen During Bloomfield Car Burglary Spree: PD

Residents of Raab Avenue in Bloomfield lost more than $100 in loose change during a single night of car burglaries, police said.

BLOOMFIELD, NJ — Residents of Raab Avenue in Bloomfield lost more than $100 in loose change during a single night of car burglaries earlier this month, authorities said.

According to the Bloomfield Police Department, an officer responded to Raab Avenue on June 4 on a report of multiple thefts from vehicles.

All of the victims said they left their vehicles unlocked and parked in their driveway, or in the front of their homes.The following day their vehicles were found in disarray, authorities said.

A total of $100 in loose change was taken during the spree. The incidents are under investigation, police said.
