$15K In Jewelry Stolen In Burglary: Bloomfield Police

Police said that $15,000 in jewelry was stolen during a burglary on Bloomfield Avenue.

BLOOMFIELD, NJ — Bloomfield police said that $15,000 in jewelry was recently stolen during a burglary on Bloomfield Avenue.

The Bloomfield Police Department released the following statement about the burglary, which was reported on April 4:

“An officer responded to 622 Bloomfield Avenue on report of a burglary. The complainant had some problems with the landlord and was not able to be at her jewelry store since March 23. She observed several necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and watches valued at $15,000 were missing. Signs of forced entry were observed on the entry way door of the store. This incident is under investigation.”
