2 Vehicles Stolen In Bloomfield: Davey Street, Bloomfield Avenue
Two vehicle thefts and an attempted theft were recently reported in Bloomfield, authorities say.

BLOOMFIELD, NJ — Two car thefts and an attempted theft were recently reported in Bloomfield, authorities say.
According to the Bloomfield Police Department, the following incidents were reported:
- 7/18/2016 - The registered owner of a 2006 Dodge wagon reported his vehicle was broken into in an attempt to steal the vehicle. The vehicle was parked in front of a North 16th Street residence between the hours of 7 and 7:40 p.m. The driver door lock and ignition were both punched.
- 7/18/2016 – A 2003 Suzuki GSX motorcycle was reported stolen at 2:30 a.m. from the rear parking lot of 184 Davey Street. The owner of the motorcycle witnessed a grey minivan exit the lot with his motorcycle loaded in the van. A check of the area by police for a grey van described as an older model Dodge Caravan and a male suspect was negative.
- 7/24/2016 – A 2013 BMW 650i was stolen from a parking lot on Bloomfield Avenue. Two other vehicles were damaged in the lot as a result of the theft. The video was forwarded to the Bloomfield Detective Bureau for further investigation.
