BLOOMFIELD, NJ — The Bloomfield Planning Board will have marijuana on their minds on Tuesday evening, according to the agenda for their next meeting.

New business on the agenda for March 7 meeting includes:

324 Broad Street Block 574, Lot 19 Zone: B-2

• Applicant - RC Group Bloom, LLC
• Owner - 324 Broad Street, LLC
• Application - Seeks a use variance and any such other relief as may be required from the Zoning Ordinance of the Township of Bloomfield to operate a retail cannabis establishment in a neighborhood business B-2 zone.

329 Broad Street Block 576, Lot 18.02 Zone: B-2

• Applicant - The Flower Shop Dispensaries, LLC
• Owner - Lynda & Joseph Strollo
• Application – Seeks a use variance and any such other relief as may be required from the Zoning Ordinance of the Township of Bloomfield to convert to a retail adult cannabis dispensary in a neighborhood business B-2 zone.

368 Broad Street Block 572, Lot 28 Zone: B-2

• Applicant/Owner - Jason Leisey
• Application – Seeks a use variance and any such other relief as may be required from the Zoning Ordinance of the Township of Bloomfield to operate a retail adult cannabis dispensary in a neighborhood business B-2 zone.
