5 Bloomfield Firefighters Celebrate Retirement; Town Says ‘Thanks’
A group of Bloomfield Fire Department employees got a big thank you as they retired from years of service with the township.

BLOOMFIELD, NJ — A group of Bloomfield Fire Department employees recently got a big thank you as they retired from years of service with the township.
The Bloomfield Division of Public Safety gave a message of congratulations to the recent retirees on social media:
“[On Thursday], Director DeMaio and Chief Venezia recognized our five most recent members to retire from the fire department. FF Ilaria, Captains Grady, Mamay, Shephard, and Deputy Chief McCulloch all received certificates acknowledging their recent retirements and thanking them for their many years of service to the township of Bloomfield. We wish them all the best of luck in their well-deserved retirement!”
