According to the Bloomfield Police Department, a woman said the incident happened Aug. 27 on Delaware Place as she was walking down the street.
The woman suffered minor injuries from the fall, authorities said.
Police reviewed surveillance footage from the scene and identified the suspect as Gabriel Pillajo, 27, of Bloomfield – who is also "suspected of similar crimes against women in other jurisdictions," authorities said.
