The Board of Education also highlighted a new bell-to-bell ban on internet-enabled devices and completed summer facility upgrades, including HVAC and window replacements, aimed at improving safety and learning conditions across all 11 district buildings.

• NJ State Senator Timberlake's Budget (thepositivecommunity.com) — Bloomfield is set to receive $1.2 million in municipal funding plus $100,000 for its school district under State Sen. Britnee Timberlake's 2027 budget priorities. Local residents will also benefit from $20,000 for Bloomfield Presbyterian Church on the Green's food pantry, alongside broader investments in housing, labor rights, youth programs, and community organizations across the 34th District.
