Attempted Break-In Reported At Bloomfield Pharmacy: Police
Someone tried to break into a local pharmacy in Bloomfield, but wasn't able to get into the building, authorities reported.
BLOOMFIELD, NJ — Someone tried to break into a local pharmacy in Bloomfield last week, but wasn’t able to get into the building, authorities reported Thursday.
The Bloomfield Police Department released the following details about the attempted burglary, which took place on June 6:
“Officers responded to 1049 Broad Street (Terry Drugs) on report of a burglary. Surveillance provided by a store employee showed a male wearing a black hoodie, dark colored jeans and a face mask at the rear door of the pharmacy. The male left and then returned with a flashlight and broke the lock to the door, but did not enter the pharmacy.
The incident is under investigation, police said.
