Auditions Scheduled For Fifth Annual Bloomfield's Most Talented Competition

Have you got a special talent? Come audition for the title of Bloomfield’s Most Talented. The competition, now in its fifth year, will take place on Tuesday, November 21 at 7 p.m. in the Bloomfield High School auditorium at 160 Broad Street in Bloomfield, NJ. Whether you sing, dance, play an instrument, perform magic, do gymnastics, karate, juggle or recite poetry, all acts are welcome.

Auditions will take place on Monday, November 13 from 4 to 7 p.m. and Thursday, November 16 from 6 to 9 p.m. at Bloomfield High School. Children and adults are invited to participate and both solo or group performances are welcome. All acts must be 4 minutes or less and potential performers must bring any necessary accompanying music on a CD or MP3 to their audition.

Interested contestants may obtain an application at the Bloomfield Civic Center, 84 Broad Street. Applications will also be available at the high school during auditions. Please note, parental permission will be required for any performer who is under 18 years of age and all participants must live in, go to school, or work in Bloomfield.

As an extra bonus, the Bloomfield public school with the highest percentage rate of students participating in auditions will receive a $100 donation for its school library.
