BLOOMFIELD, NJ — A new beauty parlor has opened its doors in Bloomfield, getting a round of applause from the Suburban Essex Chamber of Commerce.
The chamber held a ribbon cutting ceremony for Grand Deluxe Beauty on Wednesday, welcoming the new business and its owner, Natasha Anthony.
