Bloomfield 7-Eleven Worker Robbed At Gunpoint: Police
Three men robbed a convenience store employee in Bloomfield. One of them "threatened to kill" the victim, police said.
BLOOMFIELD, NJ — A convenience store employee in Bloomfield was robbed at gunpoint last week, authorities said Thursday.
According to the Bloomfield Police Department, officers responded to the 7-Eleven on Bloomfield Avenue on June 27 after getting a report about a robbery.
The victim, an employee at the store, said he was sitting in the gas attendant booth when three men approached. One man brandished a handgun and pointed it at him, while another held him down and the third suspect demanded the money in his pocket. One of the men also “threatened to kill” the victim, police said.

After taking $50 in cash from the victim, the men fled the scene in a white BMW, authorities said.
A police investigation continues, authorities said.
