Bloomfield Car Owner Interrupts Theft In Progress: Police
A Bloomfield car owner caught someone removing the passenger window of his vehicle, police said.

BLOOMFIELD, NJ — A Bloomfield car owner caught someone removing the passenger window of his vehicle last week, authorities announced Wednesday.
The Bloomfield Police Department released the following details about the incident, which took place on Jan. 8:
“Officers responded to the 100-block of Davis Avenue on report of a theft from auto. A resident heard a loud noise and then observed a person removing the front passenger-side window of his vehicle. The resident went outside and the suspects fled in a white Honda.”
The incident is under investigation, police said.
