Bloomfield Car Theft Victim Only Stepped Out For 2 Minutes: Cops
She only stepped out of her car for two minutes to run into the house. But when the Bloomfield resident returned, her car was gone.

BLOOMFIELD, NJ — She only stepped out of her car for two minutes to run into the house. But when the Bloomfield resident returned, her car was gone. That’s the scenario that took place on Jan. 30 when a motor vehicle theft took place on Grove Street, police say.
According to the Bloomfield Police Department, the owner of the car said that she started up her vehicle, then went into her house for about two minutes to retrieve an item. When she came out, the car, a black 2016 Infiniti QX50, was gone.
The vehicle was entered NCIC stolen, Bloomfield police said.
