Bloomfield Cops Host Public Neighborhood Watch Meeting

The benefits of joining include reducing your crime risk and greater access to criminal information, police say.

The Bloomfield Police Department, with the cooperation of Mayor Michael Venezia, will host a town-wide neighborhood watch meeting on Tuesday, June 16, at 7 p.m., in the municipal Civic Center, 84 Broad St.

All Bloomfield residents are welcome.

During the event, Venezia, Police Director Samuel DeMaio and the Bloomfield Police Community Policing Unit will discuss the benefits of a Neighborhood Watch Program, including:
