Bloomfield Council OKs Several Town Ordinances (See The List)

BLOOMFIELD, NJ — The Bloomfield Township Council gave a green light to several ordinances at their recent meeting.

Seven ordinances passed by a unanimous vote on second reading at the Dec. 11 council meeting. View the meeting agenda packet online here, including the text of each ordinance.

The new ordinances include:

• AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE TOWNSHIP OF BLOOMFIELD ORDINANCE ADOPTING TITLES FOR EMPLOYEES AND FIXING SALARY RANGES
• AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND AND SUPPLEMENT CHAPTER 387 OF THE BLOOMFIELD TOWNSHIP CODE, PROVIDING PARKING FOR PHYSICALLY LIMITED PERSONS (removal)
• AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND AND SUPPLEMENT CHAPTER 387 OF THE BLOOMFIELD TOWNSHIP CODE, PROVIDING PARKING FOR PHYSICALLY LIMITED PERSONS
• 2023 ORDINANCE AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND AND SUPPLEMENT CHAPTER 491 - SOLID WASTE - CONTAINERIZED YARD WASTE
• 2023 ORDINANCE AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND AND SUPPLEMENT CHAPTER 454 - SEWERS - TO PROHIBIT ILLICIT CONNECTIONS
• 2023 ORDINANCE AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND AND SUPPLEMENT CHAPTER 134 - ANIMALS - PET WASTE
• 2023 ORDINANCE AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND AND SUPPLEMENT CHAPTER 134 - ANIMALS - WILDLIFE FEEDING
