Bloomfield Firefighters Put Out House Blaze On Ella Street
The Nutley and Belleville Fire Departments assisted at the scene. There were no injuries, Bloomfield authorities said.
BLOOMFIELD, NJ — Bloomfield firefighters put out a fire on Ella Street earlier this week, authorities said.
The Bloomfield Division of Public Safety released the following statement about the fire:
“[On Tuesday,] the BFD responded to Ella Street for a report of an electrical fire. Engine 2 arrived first and made entry to locate a fire burning in the walls. All Bloomfield crews worked to aggressively extinguish the fire containing it to the area of origin. We were assisted at the scene by Nutley and Belleville Fire Departments. There are no injuries to any occupants.”
