Bloomfield To Host Flu Shot Dates In October

The Bloomfield Department of Health and Human Services will be administering free and low-cost flu shots on three upcoming dates:

• Tuesday, October 6, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
• Wednesday, October 14, from noon to 4 p.m.
• Monday, October 19, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The shots will be at no cost with a traditional Medicare card (HMO Medicare not accepted: Horizon, Aetna, BC/BS, Oxford)

For those with HMO Medicare or insurance other than traditional Medicare, the cost will be $25. A receipt will be given for insurance reimbursement.
