Bloomfield Man Notices Gun Is Missing While Moving: PD
A Bloomfield man was packing for a move. Then he noticed his .357 Smith & Wesson revolver was missing, police said.
BLOOMFIELD, NJ — A Bloomfield man was packing for a move. Then he noticed his .357 Smith & Wesson revolver was missing, police said.
According to authorities, a Baldwin Place resident responded to Bloomfield Police Department headquarters on Feb. 27 to report a theft.
The resident told officers that he was packing his belongings when he noticed his handgun was missing from where he usually stores it. A pair of speed loaders with .38 caliber ammunition were also missing, he said.

The handgun was entered as NCIC stolen. The incident is under investigation, police said.
