Bloomfield Martial Arts: Free Women’s Self-Defense Classes In Sept.

BLOOMFIELD, NJ — Universal Martial Arts in Bloomfield is offering free self-defense classes every Saturday during the month of September.

According to a news release from the martial arts school, participants will learn quick self-defense techniques that will help them escape and tackle problematic situations. The classes will also teach defensive-thinking tactics to defuse and avoid dangerous situations.

Classes will be held at 48 Washington Avenue in Bloomfield at 12:30 p.m. No previous experience is needed, however, participates should be 15 years and over. Call (973) 429-2427 or email universalmartialartsbloomfield@gmail.com to register.
