Bloomfield Pet Supply Store To Hold Grand Opening

BLOOMFIELD, NJ — Pet Valu, a pet supplies and accessories retailer, is opening a new store in Bloomfield and to celebrate, will welcome families and their pets to the store at 192 Bloomfield Avenue on Saturday, July 8 for free samples, raffles, face painting and other kid-friendly entertainment.

The event will include “refreshments for all,” including treats for four–legged attendees. The full event will run from open to close, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

According to a company news release, the event will include free dog washes on Saturday at the store’s self-serve wash stations.

The store also features toys, gourmet treats, accessories, furnishings and everyday pet supplies.

According to a company news release:

“As part of Pet Valu’s commitment to the community, each store partners with at least one local animal shelter or group to facilitate pet adoptions and fundraising activities. A few of Bloomfield’s will be onsite at the store on Saturday to facilitate adoptions by loving New Jersey homes.”
