Bloomfield Pizza Delivery Driver Robbed: 4 Suspects Arrested

Bloomfield, NJ – Bloomfield police have arrested four local residents in connection with a robbery that took place last week.

According to the Bloomfield Police Department, a pizza delivery driver told officers that he was attempting to deliver pizza to a residence on Carteret Street on June 9, when a group of assailants attacked and robbed him.

The suspects made off with $20 and two pizzas, the driver told police.

A joint effort by the officers on scene and the detective bureau led to the identification and arrest of four suspects: Jamal Lucas, 21, Kevin Pratt, 18, Rajahn Fitzpatrick, 18, and James Lucas, 21, all of Bloomfield.

Authorities charged all four with robbery and conspiracy to commit robbery and remanded them to the Essex County Jail with bail set at $50,000.
