Bloomfield Police Arrest 2 Car Burglary Suspects From Newark, 1 Still At-Large: Authorities
Bloomfield police apprehended two burglary suspects after a short foot chase. A third suspect is still at-large, authorities say.

BLOOMFIELD, NJ — Bloomfield police arrested two Newark men on Monday after catching them in possession of items stolen from several parked vehicles in the township, authorities say.
According to the Bloomfield Police Department, officers with the Anti-Crime Unit were patrolling the area of North 17th Street around 1:33 a.m. when they saw three males standing next to a parked vehicle on Abington Avenue.
When the officers saw one of the men kneel down next to the passenger door of the parked vehicle, they moved in to conduct a field interview “due to recent thefts from motor vehicles,” authorities said.

At that time, the three men took off running, police said.
One suspect escaped and remains at-large as of Monday, but Bloomfield officers apprehended two of the men - Joshua Rosario, 21, of Newark, and Justin Segura, 20, of Newark – after a brief chase.

According to the Bloomfield Police Department, Rosario and Segura were found in possession of property allegedly stolen from multiple parked cars in the area.
Authorities charged Rosario with burglary, three counts of theft, receiving stolen property and possession of CDS.
Authorities charged Segura with two counts of receiving stolen property.
Police didn't immediately provide a description of the at-large suspect.
