Bloomfield Police Celebrate Retirement Of 2 Longtime Employees
The BPD bid a fond farewell to a pair of retiring employees with a long history of service: Teobaldo Osis and Barbara Clark.
BLOOMFIELD, NJ — The Bloomfield Police Department bid a fond farewell to a pair of retiring employees with a long history of service last week.
On Tuesday, the Bloomfield Division of Public Safety announced the retirement of Teobaldo Osis in a social media post, writing:
“Congratulations on your retirement, Officer Teobaldo Osis. Thank you for your dedication for the Township of Bloomfield. We wish you the best in your future endeavors.”

Then on Friday, officials announced another retirement of a longtime employee: Barbara Clark.
The Bloomfield Division of Public Safety wrote:

“Congratulations on your retirement, dispatcher Barbara Clark. After 38 years of dedicated service to the Bloomfield Police Department and the Township of Bloomfield, we are sad to see you go but are so happy that you can finally enjoy your hard-earned time off. Enjoy the next chapter of your life. You will be missed by so many!”
