Bloomfield Police Find Guns In Mississippi Man’s Car During Traffic Stop

Bloomfield police arrested a Mississippi resident after finding a shotgun, handgun and hollow-point bullets in his car.

BLOOMFIELD, NJ — Bloomfield police arrested a Mississippi resident last month after finding a shotgun, handgun and hollow-point bullets in his car during a traffic stop, authorities said.

According to the Bloomfield Police Department, officers pulled over Brett Hudson, 34, of Biloxi, Mississippi, after he allegedly committed a motor vehicle violation on Bloomfield Avenue and JFK Drive around 7:55 p.m. on March 24.

After conducting further investigation, officers found him in possession of a .40 caliber Glock handgun, a shotgun and hollow-point bullets, police said.
