Bloomfield Police Welcome New Officers, Recruits

Bloomfield, NJ - The Bloomfield Police Department plans to host a ceremony for several new police recruits and recently graduated police officers on Thursday, July 14.
According to a police news release, the recently graduated officers completed a 24-week training program where the recruits underwent training “in every facet of law enforcement, community policing, firearms, driving and the many directives and guidelines issued by the Attorney General of the State of NJ.”
The new officers are presently assigned to field training officers for eight weeks of training, Bloomfield authorities said.

- Joseph Condito
- Joseph Davis
- Joseph Finkler
- Daniel Jean-Baptiste

- Darwin Rubio

The recruits will begin a training program at the Essex County College Police Academy on July 15, Bloomfield police stated.
