Bloomfield Rec Department Recognizes Student Athletes
A good showing for BHS at the Intramural Basketball League games

This winter over 70 Bloomfield High School student athletes participated in the Bloomfield Recreation Department’s Intramural Basketball League. The teams were named after top-notch NCAA programs and were comprised of high school boys in grades 9 – 12.
The Ohio State Buckeyes and the UCONN Huskies were the top two seeds and received a bye into the Final Four round. In true Cinderella fashion, the 6th seeded Michigan State Spartans upset the 3rd seeded Syracuse Orangemen while the 5th seeded Duke Blue Devils upset the 4th seeded Purdue Boilermakers.
