In Bloomfield: Recycling And Garbage Schedules For July 4 Holiday
Plan ahead for the holiday weekend.
The Bloomfield Department of Public Works and Parks will be closed on Friday, July 3. The Recycling Depot located at 230 Grove Street will be closed on Saturday, July 4.
Garbage and recycling (commingled) pickup on Friday, July 3 will take place as scheduled. However, there will be no biodegradable bag pickup (grass, twigs, leaves). Bags will be picked up on Monday, July 6.
On Saturday, July 4, there will be no garbage pickup. Garbage will be picked up on the next scheduled day, Wednesday, July 8. The next bulk pickup will be on Saturday, July 11.
