Bloomfield Residents Report Stolen Vehicles: Arlington, Dewey and Brookdale Gardens

BLOOMFIELD, NJ — Bloomfield residents reported four recent stolen vehicle incidents on Arlington Avenue, Dewey Street and Brookdale Gardens, police say.

According to the Bloomfield Police Department, the following incidents were reported in the township:

• 10/19/2016 - A 2002 Ford Van color white was reported stolen from Arlington Avenue. The van was parked on the side of a building and discovered missing the next morning.
• 10/23/2016 - A 1990 Lexus LS was reported stolen from Dewey Street. The registered owner parked her vehicle in front of her residence at 1:00 p.m. and discovered the vehicle missing the next morning.
• 10/27/2016 - A 1997 Honda Accord color silver was reported stolen from the rear of 52 Brookdale Gardens. The vehicle was last seen parked at 9:30 p.m. and discovered missing the next morning. The vehicle was entered stolen.
• 10/28/2016 - A 2009 Lincoln MKZ was reported stolen from Arlington Avenue. The owner of the vehicle left his keys inside the vehicle while closing up his business. The vehicle was seen traveling south on Arlington Ave. towards East Orange.
