Bloomfield Town Council Assaults Brookdale Gardens Residents and Surrounding Homeowners

The town council of Bloomfield is having a meeting tomorrow night, Wed. Nov 5, 7 pm at Watsessing School at which they will be changing the parking ordinance. Parking on Broad Street between Sunset Ave. and Johnson Ave. will no long be allowed between the hours of 2 a.m. and 6 a.m. The hours make it clear they do not want to impact the area businesses at all, they are only targeting the Brookdale Gardens residents since they are the only ones who park there during that time.

When this ordinance goes into affect, anyone who can not find parking within the complex will be forced to park blocks away from the complex, on side streets clogging up the blocks of private homes.
