Burglar Strikes After Bloomfield Man Leaves For Work: Police

There were signs of forced entry observed on a window, Bloomfield police said.

BLOOMFIELD, NJ — A Bloomfield man’s home was burglarized after he left for work earlier this month, authorities said.

According to the Bloomfield Police Department, a resident on North 16th Street said he left home on the morning of March 10 for work. He returned that evening and started to do laundry, when he noticed that several items were missing from the home.

Police said the items, valued at $3,155, included: three pair of Adidas Yeezy Sneakers valued at $600, an 18-karat gold chain valued at $850, two wedding bands with diamonds valued at $300, a Michael Kors watch valued at $225 and a Guess watch valued at $120.
