Clara Maass Medical Center Holds Breast Cancer Support Group

Monday, January 25 at 4 p.m.

Next to skin cancers, breast cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer among women. According to the American Cancer Society, about one in eight U.S. women will develop invasive breast cancer during their lifetime. To ensure that no woman fights breast cancer alone, Clara Maass Medical Center is holding a Breast Cancer Support Group. This event will take place on Monday, January 25 at 4 p.m. at the Cancer Center at Clara Maass Medical Center in Belleville.

Whether coping with a recent diagnosis or survivorship, Clara Maass invites patients to share their journeys with other breast cancer patients to expand their network of support. Light refreshments will be served. The Breast Cancer Support Group takes place at the Continuing Care Building at the Cancer Center at Clara Maass Medical Center located at One Clara Maass Drive in Belleville.

Registration is required for the Breast Cancer Support Group. If you’re interested in attending a breast cancer support group, please contact Raylene Langish at 973-450-2332 or rlangish@barnabashealth.org. Dates are subject to change.
