The Bloomfield Police Department will be conducting a DWI sobriety checkpoint on Nov. 25. Here's where it will be.
BLOOMFIELD, NJ — The Bloomfield Police Department will be conducting a DWI sobriety checkpoint on Nov. 25, authorities announced.
According to police, the checkpoint will take place on Bloomfield Avenue, in response to statistics demonstrating a “disproportionate number of impaired driving incidents in the area.”
“These operations are being conducted to raise awareness of impaired driving by educating motorists and arresting impaired drivers,” authorities said.
