Cops: Teen Robbed at Gunpoint on Easter Sunday in Bloomfield

Bloomfield police are seeking three male suspects who allegedly robbed a 19-year-old Montclair teen at gunpoint on Easter Sunday.

According to police, the Montclair teen told officers that he was walking on Bloomfield Avenue near Berkeley Avenue around 11:50 p.m., when a black male wearing a dark-colored hoodie and dark sweatpants approached him and ordered him to hand over his book bag.

The teen told police that two additional men approached him from behind, and that all three suspects then pulled out black handguns and robbed him of his book bag, a watch, his sneakers, an iPhone, identification cards and $70 cash, before fleeing the scene on foot. The teen then ran to a nearby gas station to call police.
