Delivery Driver’s New Car Stolen On The Job In Bloomfield: Police
A driver for Uber Eats lost his new car in an auto theft, Bloomfield police said.
BLOOMFIELD, NJ — Someone stole a delivery driver’s new car while he was on the job in Bloomfield earlier this month, authorities say.
According to the Bloomfield Police Department, the victim – a driver for Uber Eats – told officers the theft took place on Dec. 7 on Davey Street.
Police said a man was seen getting out of a black vehicle, then entering the white 2022 Kia K5 through the driver-side door. He then drove away south on Davey Street towards Belleville Avenue, followed by the other car.

Police are investigating the theft, authorities said.
