A Holiday Concert presented by The Bloomfield Civic Band and The Bloomfield Chorale

The Bloomfield Civic Band and the Bloomfield Chorale will present a holiday concert on Sunday, Dec. 4 at Bloomfield Middle School, starting at 3 p.m. Civic Band Conductor Dominick Ferrara III will lead the band on “La Boutique Fantasque” (The Fantastic Toy Shop) by Rossini/Respeghi, as well as selections from the “Nutcracker Suite,” including “March of the Toys” and “Parade of the Wooden Soldiers.” The concert includes performances by students from Miss Roseanna’s School of Dance and by the Bloomfield Chorale, led by Conductor Ruth Hsu. Bloomfield Mayor Raymond McCarthy will narrate “The Night Before Christmas,” a poem by Clement C. Moore.
