
Chaturanga (low plank) is a major component of a power vinyasa yoga practice. It strengthens & tones the wrists, arms, abdominal muscles & lower back while preparing the body for more challenging arm balances. You will learn the foundation of chaturanga and then practice those principles to use in more advanced poses that require upper body & core strength. Open to all levels, but some vinyasa experience is preferred.
