FELIS Fitness (not just another) Bootcamp

FELIS Fitness is much more than 'just another bootcamp'. It is a course; fifteen one-hour sessions designed to start from scratch, bring you to a life of real useful fitness and keep you there. Here's how: 1.) Proper preparation to keep injury free 2.) Fitness methods for the absolute beginner, and how to step them up to make real progress 3.) Adapting routines for the both physical challenges and time-challenges 4.) Creative methods and creative routine-building so that boredom is never again a challenge.

And the price for all this experience and exercise and useful information? $150 for the entire fifteen session course. And if that weren't good enough news, I'll be donating a portion of all proceeds to the local United Way, providing food, assistance and services to the needy and underprivileged. Because I believe that true fitness is more than what we do for ourselves, but what we do for all.
