The campaign promotes the importance of a second language and encourages people to give their best effort in learning English or French, despite the barriers and fears that they may face when learning a foreign language. Oui, Oui, Je Speak Franglais also has a cultural component and the Bloomfield Public Library looks forward to inviting them back in the future for more French themed events.
