Healthy & Happy Hips Workshop with Alison McCue

Opening the hips not only feels incredible, but also releases anxiety & tension, frees the low back and knees of pain, and boosts our immune system. When the hips open you experience a deep physical release, followed by a sense of mental & emotional lightness. In this delicious two-hour workshop we will begin with a flowing Vinyasa sequence that will create heat in the body and mobility in the joints. We will end with long, deep & juicy hip openers that create space both physically and emotionally. Workshop Open to All Levels.
