YES! You will experience a grounded knowledge of inner & outer body alignment. In our flowing Vinyasa classes we are moving in & out of poses, focusing more on breath than alignment. Anusara Yoga and the Five Principles of Alignment ™ are grounded in a deep knowledge of outer & inner body alignment.
Will I sweat & get the same physical workout as my Power Yoga class?
Absolutely. While the room is not heated, you will produce an internal heat and receive the cardiovascular benefits you are used to and love about your Power Yoga practice. Step outside your box with inversions, heart opening poses and learn more about alignment than a traditional Vinyasa class includes.
