Children's book author, Antoinette Gelin was born in Gonaive, Haiti. She came to the United States when she was eight years old. She enjoys arts and crafts, writing, teaching, and spending time with her children. She completed her undergraduate degree at Fairleigh Dickinson University. She is planning to complete her master's degree at Montclair State University. She's currently residing in the Township of Bloomfield, New Jersey.
