
Joan Crawford gives a feisty performance as Myra Hudson, a wealthy playwright who marries an ambitious actor (Jack Palance) whom she has just fired from her recent play. When Myra discovers that her husband and his girlfriend (Gloria Grahame) are plotting to murder her, she plots revenge.
