Super Bowl Party and Black History Month Kick-Off With Pre-Game Film Screening "Soundtrack for A Revolution".
The New Light Baptist Church is kicking off "Black History Month" this Sunday, February 6, 2011 at 4pm with a very special event, the screening of an extraordinary documentary- "The Soundtrack For A Revolution." This films tells the inspirational story of Dr. King and the "Freedom Movement," with an emphasis on the songs of that crusade.
All are welcome to enjoy a smorgasbord of delicious foods following the film at New Light's First Annual Super Bowl Party. An opportunity to experience the Super Bowl as a community in an alcohol free setting.
