Thursday Afternoon movie - "By the Light of the Silvery Moon"

WWI has just ended and Bill Sherman (Gordon MacRae) is coming home to his sweetheart, Marjorie Winfield (Doris Day.)  Their on-again, off-again romance is the backdrop for other  Winfield family issues, caused mainly by little brother Wesley's (Billy Gray) overactive imagination.  Leon Ames & Rosemary DeCamp costar.  Songs include "If You Were the Only Girl in the World," "I'll Forget You," "Ain't We Got Fun," "Your Eyes Have Told  Me So" and the title song.
