At the Food Changes Everything workshop on December 2nd at the Bloomfield Public Library, Nutrition Health Coaches will discuss the newest in 21st century disease prevention including leading causes of mortality, Standard American Diet, auto-immune diseases, chronic diseases, the immune system/epigenetics, whole food plant based diet and feeding your family well. Your food choices are the single most important factor in determining your long term health. Join us at the Bloomfield Library on December 2nd at 3:00pm - 4:30pm for this life-changing workshop.

Kenneth Goldfarb CEC INHC (Integrative Nutrition Health Coach) of Health Permutations: Kenneth Goldfarb is an executive chef and integrative health coach who has worked with individuals and groups transforming the way they view their food choices to maximize health benefits. After encountering serious intestinal permeability issues as a young man, his mission has been to share healthy eating and positive lifestyle choices with people experiencing difficulties.

Shanti Urreta INHC (Integrative Nutrition Health Coach) of Transition to Better Health: Shanti Urreta is a retired teacher turned author and Health Coach. After a diagnosis of blood cancer more than a decade ago, she became intent on feeding her body well. Her book, “Dear World, See What I See” is her personal journey on this path. Shanti became certified in plant based nutrition through the T. Colin Campbell Center for nutrition Studies and is also an Integrative Health Coach. Her mission is to share health with everyone and for the animals and planet as well.
