BLOOMFIELD, NJ — The 2022 general election is over in New Jersey. But the fight for “climate justice” continues, activists say.
350NJ-Rockland will hold a public forum at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 15 at Brookdale Reformed Church, 16 Bellevue Avenue in Bloomfield. Learn more about this local event here.
According to a news release from the group, the free event will include an appearance from Larry Hamm, chair of the People’s Organization for Progress, who will speak on the subject: “After the Elections, What Path Forward Toward Climate Justice and Progressive Change?”

An open discussion will follow, organizers said. People are encouraged, but not required, to wear a mask because of COVID-19 and flu concerns.
The forum will also be livestreamed via the 350NJ-Rockland Facebook page.
