In this series we will introduce basic back care
techniques for 3 regions of the spine: cervical, thoracic, and lumbar.
We will explore poses that help us gain flexibility and strengthen these
3 areas to keep them mobile and feeling good. Our goal is to teach you
some simple sequences that you can practice on your own for a healthy and happy spine!
Monday May 5th : Neck and Shoulders
Monday May 12th: The Mid-back
Monday May 19th: Lower Back and Sacrum
