Jewelry Reported Missing From Bank Deposit Box In Bloomfield: PD
A large amount of jewelry was reported missing from a safety deposit box at a bank in Bloomfield, police said.
BLOOMFIELD, NJ — A large amount of jewelry was recently reported missing from a safety deposit box at a bank in Bloomfield, police announced Thursday.
According to the Bloomfield Police Department:
“On Oct. 2, a resident noticed a large amount of jewelry missing from her safety deposit box from her bank. The jewelry items missing are two gold bracelets with pearls, eight diamond-cut gold bracelets, a gold set of a necklace, earrings and a ring, two multi- string necklaces, a fresh pearl necklace, a gold hair ornament, 10 gold earrings and a gold pearl earring set.”
Bloomfield police are investigating the incident, authorities said. No additional information was immediately available.
